Online account holders will receive notification that their statement is available to view each month following the end of the billing cycle. In addition to these emails, you may receive payment confirmations, reminders, and other importat information pertaining to the servicing of your account. In order to receive these vital emails, please add to the safe senders list within your email account software.

How can I pay my bill?

To Pay Your Bill Online you must first sign in to your online billing account. To get started, complete the registration process (CLICK HERE) and agree to the JCCUD Online Terms and Conditions. Next, just login and pay your JCCUD statement online using any of our approved payment methods (see Registration.pdf for detailed instructions).

What forms of electronic payment are accepted?

You can pay your JCCUD statement online using Visa or Master Card. We do not accept American Express or Discover.

Are there other ways to pay my JCCUD statement?

You can also pay in person at any of our offices during normal business hours.

Can I pay using my bank's online bill pay service?

Yes you can. You should follow the process defined on your bank's website.

When will my online payment post?

Payments submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) will post to your account that day. Otherwise, your payment will post the following business day.

How do I review my electronic payment history or change a pending payment?

To review your online payment history and status of payments, login and select "Payment Center > View Payment History".

How do I change my checking/savings account information?

Login to your account and select "Manage Account > Add or Modify Bank Account".
